We do have forms for the RTI process to collect data and notes regarding progress monitoring and Response to Intervention.  They can be found under the sections for Analysis and RTI.  We can add any forms that are needed.  All you have to do is send us a form, and we will create it for you in My Lesson Planner.  You can also utilize the Progress Monitoring to chart and graph growth data for individual students.  When you add assessment data, we build the graphs for you.

Presently there is no "Submit" option for forms.  Your principal can easily review any form yoiu have saved, but he or she wouldn't know to look for them unless you  actually told them they were there.   Since your question has come up, we have added a suggestion request to bring in a PDF function so your forms can be saved and attached to email.  Let us know if you think that would be helpful, or if you had something else in mind.   Thanks for your question.
