As far as Web Browser go, to get the best speeds possible when planning - we recommend Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

As a rule, newer computers typically perform better than older ones.

As far as Internet Connection Speed, here are some questions that will help you pinpoint the problem:

• Do you notice the same speeds when you are planning at school as you do when you are planning at home?  If one seems faster, then you may want to consider what factors are impacting you.  Is it your School's Internet Connection speed or the computer?  A lot of times, your School or District I/T department can assist with this.
